In the heart of the Sacred Valley, a new experience is taking shape. Destilería Andina introduces its new culinary concept in Pachar—an inviting space where gastronomy, craft spirits, and landscape come together.

Conveniently located along the main route in Pachar, just a few kilometers from the bridge, this new stop is designed for travelers exploring the valley who seek an authentic and accessible experience without straying from their journey.

A Privileged Setting in the Sacred Valley

Set at the foot of the Vilcanota River, this new space offers open views of the Andean landscape, where the sound of flowing water and the surrounding mountains create a calm and immersive atmosphere.

Its location is not only scenic but strategic—ideal for those moving through the Sacred Valley who wish to pause and enjoy a meaningful moment.

A Culinary Proposal with a Distinct Identity

The cuisine builds on the group’s foundations while introducing a fresh and experimental perspective. Under the influence of Haresh Bhojwani, leader of Destilería Andina, the concept incorporates new layers of creativity, especially through its signature sauces and newly developed dishes.

This evolution is grounded in the culinary expertise of the group, led by corporate chef Josefina Rimachi, known for her deep connection to local ingredients and Andean culinary traditions.

The result is a menu that balances heritage and innovation, offering flavors that feel both rooted and unexpected.

Pachamanca: Tradition Adapted for the Traveler

A highlight of this new concept is its pachamanca offering, with uncoverings every hour. Rather than a full-length ceremonial experience, this format is thoughtfully designed for travelers with limited time who still wish to enjoy one of Peru’s most iconic traditional dishes. It offers a way to experience pachamanca in a more flexible and time-conscious format, while preserving its essence, flavors, and connection to tradition.

Signature Cocktails and Distillery Pairings

As part of the Destilería Andina experience, the bar plays a central role. Guests can enjoy signature cocktails crafted in-house, including the renowned Matacuy, as well as taste the Salqas line in its different expressions: aged, botanized, and coffee liqueur. Each drink is designed to complement the menu, creating refined and memorable pairings.

A Space Designed for Every Kind of Visit

The venue features two levels, each offering a different atmosphere:

  • First floor: the Destilería Andina bar and dining area, open, vibrant, and connected to the culinary experience.
  • Second floor: a private room ideal for groups seeking a more intimate and exclusive setting.

This layout allows the space to welcome both travelers on the move and those looking for a more relaxed and curated experience.

A New Must-Stop in the Sacred Valley

With this opening, Destilería Andina expands its vision into a format that is both accessible and deeply rooted in place.

An invitation to pause—if only for a moment—and discover flavors, traditions, and landscapes reimagined along the Vilcanota River.
